The calendar is dedicated to the first international partnership in space. On 17 July 1975, the American Apollo, with a crew of three, docked with the Soviet Union, which had two astronauts on board. That achievement was not only an important step in the development of outer space, but also a symbol of the hope for peaceful cooperation between the two Powers under the cold war.

The month is the phase of the Soyuz Apollo mission. Each month shows changes in the trajectory and status of technology, and the calendar grid contains significant dates in space development.

The calendar is based on a NASA article and a press bracelet. (nasa.gov)
