East&West furniture collection

The East & West furniture collection is inspired by a journey through Istanbul and the interweaving of Western and Eastern culture. The aim of the work is to explore meaning at the intersection of cultures in Istanbul, traditional and modern designs and forms.

The chair is a unique element of the collection, combining traditional Turkish motifs in a modern interpretation. The legs are decorated with a geometric pattern, complemented by the «nazar» amulet symbol, protecting its owner.

The table-stool is a multifunctional element of the collection. The table scenario considers the culture of tea drinking as an element of inspiration.

The color palette of the collection refers to the colors of Iznik ceramics — traditional Turkish arts and crafts.
