DANCEPARTNER is a font that has two outlines: basic and alternative. The first was based on a well-known reform of Peter the Great’s civil font, and the second was based on a scheme for learning the dances of the time. The challenge was to rethink the historical font, get it to dance. That’s what alternative letters are for, you can change everything.
