13th anniversary of the Design School
By the 13th anniversary of the School of Design, the design is built around the archival comments of the curators, which are concise, bright, and ruthlessly honest phrases left behind after interviews with the applicants. These statements have become both a manifesto and a joke, a motorist and a point of entry into the school culture.
The identics are both strict and ironic, honest and fundamentally «antiglamourna». Style lives in a system of orderly chaos: it combines different kinds of mood, plastic, and character elements that form a unique, expressive visual language. Also, the Design School gathers within itself brilliant, interesting, uncomfortable, very diverse people who make it unique, unusual and attractive year after year. It’s an order on the surface of the whale.
