«BISON» vase
The project consists of a porcelain, a vase of buffalo, for which a bouquet of broad-sex flowers is intended to form a single ~scape of the beast. The environmental theme (the species has a protective status) supports the very material of the object — the porcelain known for its fragility and persistence at the same time — for a long time to preserve the image of the animal.
At a moment in life, when one wants stability and clarity, the image of a powerful creature can be perceived as a totem. Among many options is the most appropriate, where even by appearance it is clear that it represents power, strength, and endurance. So, the buffalo inspires me not only by character, but also by invoicing, so it is perceived as a challenge to put this image into practice. As a choice of material — porcelain — it is important to note that durability, as well as fragility, makes it possible to transmit the image fully. Bizon, whose subspecies (or ecotype) were on the verge of extinction and became «under threat», and the vase was designed to convey the nature of the animal and to spend time retaining it.
