Concept
Inspired by the designer Nicholas Felton, who created «annual reports» of myself, like in big corporations, I’ve been recording every day I’ve had since my 21st birthday. The project is my interpretation of a date-self-flexia in the form of an art object performed in macrame technology. The object reflects the quality and quantity of my sleep with the length and color of the ropes. The target is placed on the wall above the bed in my room to remind me that it’s time to go to bed.

Result
Only 10 weeks out of the 45 I’ve lived can be described as successful (the number of sleeps was higher than or equal to 8 hours a day on average per week) — these weeks are coded with white ropes.
