Turning to  the experience of the emigration of my family, I am  offering a new perspective on  what a home is. I’m looking at <laquo; dom» not  as a specific place, a  as a complex memory design, as a composite image formed from  memories of  several houses, from  short-lived feelings attached to  different geographical points formed in  complex collage memory assembly.

The installation consists of layers of semi-translucent tissue, as if  slices of memory planes about  house consecutively located in  space, with  inscribed on  a drawing of different interior fragments from  my memories. The spectator’s movement across the fabric plane creates a situation of turning to the smashing and the smashing memory fragments, which every time goes back to the new, changing space, reminiscent of the huhnbsp; home. Moving further and further, you can see soft objects that are remotely reminiscent of furniture items — fragile remnants of memories about  interiors. In  a video posted in  the end of the installation created with  the help of neurosnet and  personal photographs from  family archive, visualization of the process of disappearance and  the fragmentation of memories, vascularity and  memory loss.

Moving deeper into  the installation, the recollection planes, form <laquo; rooms» in  where soft furniture objects are scattered. They’re still recognizable, but in  softening stages and  decay as well as  shapes of the « house» itself. It’s made from the archivist tissue of my relatives, who survived the change of several homes due to the emigration of my family.
