The Trakay Museum of History is a museum complex in Lithuania, the pearl of which is the famous Trakay Island Castle. It is the only medieval castle on water in Eastern Europe and one of the country’s main symbols. The compound also includes the Trakai Peninsula Castle, the Myadininkai Castle and the Karaim Culture Museum.
The museum’s anidemics are built around a shield symbol that acts as a visual metaphor for defense, history, and structured space. While maintaining continuity with the previous logo, the new version retains the shape of the shield, and in letter t you can see the shape of the Island Castle roof. Each unit has its own color, which is found in the environment.

Posters are built on a modular grid inspired by shield division, which creates dynamics and architectural rhythms. Fragmented printing overlaps with vertical towers, narrow windows, and warriors, pushing the viewer to slow down and deepen in meaning, as in the interpretation of history.
