The fairy tale «Kolobok» was published in 1873 in the first volume of «Russian Folk Tales» by A. N. Afanasyev.
A number of researchers consider the tale of the kolobok to be very ancient, finding in it echoes of Russian traditions and myths, which for me serves as an incentive to create a unique thing with history.
